About this work

Goblet with a conical foot with a turned-over rim. Baluster stem with four knops containing air bubbles. On the conical bowl the crowned coat of arms of Prince William IV (1711–1751) with the Order of the Garter and HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE in capital letters. On either side of the coat of arms a branch of flowers and leaves.
