About this work
Teapot with lid, inverted egg-shaped, of painted porcelain. The pot has a handle, a spout, and a lid with a knob in the shape of a flower. The pot is decorated with floral bouquets and, along the rim, a broad band with stripes in gold on a rose ground, always edged with a rocaille ornament in gold. The teapot is marked.
