About this work

Everyone may shine. Even in the past (if you could afford it). On the green gala jacket, no fewer than 4000 rhinestones are attached, so that the wearer would have looked radiant in the candlelight with every movement. The evening gown with white and light blue beads had the same dazzling effect a century and a half later.
