About this work
Mounted ochre-colored textile fragment with a woven tabula in dark blue wool. Centrally, a difficult-to-identify figure in a circle within a square, surrounded by a wide border of scrolling vine work with three-lobed leaves in floating thread technique. Framed by a pearl border.
