About this work

Guimpe of natural-coloured bobbin lace: Flemish guipure. Symmetrical pattern of S-scrolls and C-scrolls between which in total three round-shaped flowers or fruits and three rosette flowers. Plaited ground. Finished on all sides with unequal scallops, arising from the pattern. The guimpe is faintly curved rectangular.
