About this work
Strip of natural-coloured appliqué lace, bobbin lace applied on machine tulle. A narrow section, along the inner side, shows a running pattern of halved, lobed leaves, which accompanies an equally halved medallion with trellis filling. On a wide part with a ground of tulle stand symmetrical, deep scallops, which are alternately filled with a bunch of grapes and a fan plant.
