Strip of needle lace with snail shell

Strip of natural-colored needle lace: Venetian relief lace. Despite restorations, an axis of symmetry is recognizable, on either side of which two large protruding arabesque leaves are turned towards each other. They originate with some branches from two snail-shaped small scrolls, which are cut through and abut against the straight inner edge. From the same knot also originate two vines, which end in two diagonally placed irises.
