About this work

Cuff of natural-colored needle lace: Venetian relief lace. Narrow rectangular model. Spiky and branched acanthus scrolls and ever varied palmette flowers stand out against an open spile ground. A straight pearl edge runs along three sides. The upper side is finished straight with a knotted band.
