About this work
In the almost square back piece and the two rabats stands a rocaille-shaped reserve, framed by a large and two small C-volutes. Outside this a full scatter pattern of rose and forget-me-not branches. The leaves show a closed and an open half. The roses are now and then doubled with an overlying relief. Along the round neck line a string of forget-me-nots. Point de gaze de Bruxelles.
