Seal weight of 4 Holland Troois pounds

The object consists of seventeen parts: ten weights, the tub and lid (which form the house), a hinge, a locking bar, two handle mounts, and the handle. The center point is visible on the tub, lid, and weights. The tub and lid have narrow punched ribs. The intervening surfaces feature grooved rings, punched triangles, and a decoration built up from punched arches. The hinge, locking bar, and handle mounts are riveted. Two dragon heads can be recognized in the handle, which is topped with a knob. The following marks are stamped on the lid: a French lily, a States Lion with the letters SGN, the number 4, a rooster, and the inspection letter T. In the bottom of the tub: the number 2, a French lily, a States Lion with illegible letters, and the inspection letters B (press letters) and YV (writing letters). At the bottom: the inspection letters TAN and the inspection letters G and K (press letters).
