About this work
Chair of walnut, upholstered with calfskin. The legs are columnar, connected by four rectangular stretchers. The seat rails have a profile at the bottom. The rear stiles under the back frame are encased. The upholstery is fastened with nails with copper knobs, which are placed in a rosette pattern at the corners of the back. The seat is padded.
