About this work

Blown-in pontil mark, high trumpet-shaped foot, built up from a spun wire. Short stem open at the top, adorned with two rows of blackberry knobs. Wide, bowl-shaped bowl, separated from the stem by a pinched wire. On the bowl the motto 'BEDWING UWE LUSTEN' is calligraphed in Roman letters.
