About this work

Drinking horn made of ox horn with silver mount at the tip ending in a knob, two coats of arms; first: cup, star and cartwheel, second: double eagle (coat of arms Camstra, uncrowned double eagle "sur terrasse"). Mount at the mouth with inscription: "En twee hondert en dertich pont Huyt en smeer // Drinkt hem schoon uut, het is mijn begeer".
