About this work
The object formed with the templates consists of the actual bell of the so-called Gothic model and the crown. This is formed by six arms, which connect to the bracket in the center. The bell is decorated with three decorative rings on the shoulder and on the faussure, and with two decorative rings around the frieze in the upper flank, on which the following inscription is written in Gothic minuscules: in die eer goeds ende sinte peter bin ic ghemaect m cccc liii // butendiic ende sloterdiic fecit.
