About this work
Inkstand of stoneware on three low feet, with a penwell and two holders for the inkpot and the sand shaker. Partially covered in cobalt blue. The front and back feature a decoration of stamped, linked circles. Stamped circles on the outer wall of the penwell and on the top. Between the two holders a flower rosette. On the top four times and on the penwell twice a modeled 'rivet'. Westerwald.
