About this work
Goblet (funnel-necked beaker) of stoneware on a wavy foot with an egg-shaped body and funnel-shaped neck. The C-shaped handle is attached to the shoulder. On the belly, in relief, three times a stamped and applied medallion with John the Evangelist with his eagle in a landscape. Above his head the inscription 'IOANVS'. Siegburg.
