About this work

Rectangular table, made of walnut; top with a cyma profile, reinforced on the underside with flat battens; the front rail forms the front of a sliding drawer of oak; the sides of the drawer connected to the front and back panels with dovetails; the top rests on four legs, connected by a cross, all decorated with a narrow and wide spiral fluting, and on four ball feet; at the intersection of the cross, a diamond-shaped thickening.
