About this work
Gueridon made of walnut; octagonal top inlaid with a star motif of walnut, with a raised profiled edge; the stem is composed of a twisted upper part and an octagonal tapering shaft, connected to each other and to the foot by finely turned profiles, ending below in a matching knob. The foot consists of three radially placed bent S-shaped volutes (compare lectern BK-NM-1010-26).
