About this work
One of two presentation sheets, made of lacquered pasteboard (several layers of paper glued together); square sheets with slightly raised edges with a ridge; black lacquered and varnished at the top and bottom and decorated with gold paint (imitation Oriental lacquer). Representation of vines and flowers, on the back possibly a landscape (?), barely visible or completely gone. On BK-NM-1010-278-A a copper hanging eye is attached in a corner.
