Vest of cream-colored satin with high standing collar, diagonally cut front panels and sewn-on pocket flaps, decorated with leaf and floral motifs embroidered in cream-colored silk. Model: fastening in the front by means of seven embroidered buttons of the same satin. First button 14.5 cm below the neckline. Fake pocket flaps entirely sewn on. Back panel of linen with lace fastening. Lining with satin facing along the front panels and in the collar. Collar built up from three parts: two embroidered on either side with an unembroidered middle back. Decoration: along the front panels, a border with diagonally placed heart-shaped leaves. Next to it, a 3.5 cm wide border of leaf and floral motifs. Pocket flaps also entirely decorated with floral motifs. Further, a scatter motif of heart-shaped leaves interspersed (alternating with) stars. For the embroidery, the stem, satin, and buttonhole stitches were used. On the buttons, a star within a circle.
