About this work

Vest of cream-colored silk with high standing collar, diagonally cut front panels and sewn-on pocket flaps. Model: front panels almost entirely straight and only cut diagonally over four cm. Fastening in the front by means of five silk buttons in festooned buttonholes. First button 23 cm below the neckline. Pocket flaps partially sewn on, lower edge loose. Patch pockets missing! Back panel of linen with ribbon fastening at the waist. Silk facing along the front panels; linen lining, also in the collar. Collar consists of two diagonally cut, elongated parts.
