About this work

Candle arm belonging to a two-tiered candelabrum with a figure of Mary at the top. The arm is bent twice and decorated with nine grape clusters and five vine leaves. The round drip pan is decorated at the bottom with fish-bladder motifs and has a downward-projecting edge of cross-flowers towards the center, which masks its placement on the arm. The candle holder is hexagonal, openwork, placed on three vertical stiles, transitioning into a projection with a screw thread. This is the second arm of the lower ring, numbered with two round dots. The candle holder is unnumbered.
