About this work

Reticule in a flat rectangular model of knitted ecru cotton with a knitted floral pattern of multicolored glass beads. Along the entire bottom is a five-centimeter band knitted with white beads, containing a knitted pattern of green branches with larger red-pink flowers, alternating with several small blue flowers. Above this, at equal intervals, are three rows of single flowers, alternately red-pink and blue, with green leaves. Along the top is a border of dark red beads. The reticule is gathered by means of a twisted cotton cord running through a tunnel at the interior. The lining is of unadorned fine ecru linen.
