About this work
Brazier on a baluster-shaped stem, ending in a tripod. The bowl of the brazier is wide bell-shaped and has a scalloped edge on which three supports for the cauldron are attached. The brazier is marked: maker= Amsterdam, year= C (1737) and master= Willem van Strant. A cauldron is kept with the brazier (inv. no. BK-NM-11177-128-a).
