About this work
On an elongated plate stands a man with a knife and a staff in his left hand. In his right hand he holds a long staff resting on his right shoulder, from which a basket hangs. Behind the man stands a dog. The plate features a diamond pattern engraving. The image is marked with a dolphin and a master's mark.
