About this work
Rectangular fragment of lampas in blue and yellow silk with gold thread. A pattern of winding vines forms pointed-oval fields in which round medallions bordered with curly foliage stand. In them two hares back to back with turned heads. Yellow selvage in satin weave visible on the reverse.
