About this work
The deep, round bowl is surrounded by a flat gadrooned edge. It is pierced with a pattern of alternating short and long rays within a border of straight bars. The bowl is connected to the flat, curved stem by a single leaf. The stem widens towards the pointed end and is surrounded on the upper side by a gadrooned edge.
