About this work
Folding chair of walnut. Each of the two sides consists of eleven slightly curved slats, which are rotatably connected by a wooden pin. Sleeve feet connect these slats to the feet, the armrests, with a turned knob at the front, at the top. The seat consists of twenty movable slats, threaded alternately on a wooden pin between one of the two rows of side slats and connected in the middle by a pin. The front slats are incised. The flat backrest, with incised rosette, is scalloped at the top.
