Centrally, on a red ground, a figure surrounded by four looking-back lions in yellow and red on a dark green ground, with indistinct motifs between them including semicircles and serrated edges in light green, yellow, natural color, and red. The whole is encircled by a red circle and a border with a natural-colored ground featuring a sequence of motifs in red, yellow, green, and dark blue, surrounded by a checkered border in the same colors on a dark blue ground.
