About this work

Fragment of an embroidered praetexta or aurifries of a dalmatic. The fragment consists of red satin on a linen lining. The embroidery features rinceaux of gold and silk in yellow and green. The fragment belongs with two fragments with invnrs. BK-NM-1239-B-1 and BK-NM-1239-B-2.
