About this work
Soft-paste porcelain (pâte tendre) dish with a carved rim, painted in underglaze blue. On the flat surface, a flower branch surrounded by smaller flower branches and insects. The rim is molded into six compartments and decorated with relief braiding. Marked on the underside with the horn and B.
