Lady's shoe of light blue silk damask with two flaps over the instep

Lady's shoe of light blue silk damask. Model: Pointed upturned toe, one vamp and two quarters. On the stitching that holds the quarters together, a band of grosgrain silk. Square tongue on the instep. Two flaps run over each other from the quarters over the tongue. The right flap has an iron hook that can be hooked onto a loop on the left flap. The front of the heel runs in a rounded corner from the waist slightly waisted down. The side and back of the heel are slightly waisted and covered with light blue silk. White stitching runs along the edge of the heel. The heel has a dark brown leather edge from the backstay. Quarters and vamp lined with beige linen. At the bottom of the quarters and the vamp, adjacent to the insole, a strip of ivory white leather is attached, probably to reinforce the shoe. The insole is of dark brown leather. Rough leather backstay with four wooden nails nailed to the heel and rough leather sole.
