The vessel was cast as a single whole with the spouts and presumably also the handle attachments using the cire perdue technique. The flat-bottomed vessel has a strong hollow round collar. The two curved spouts, which are more or less oval in cross-section and lie in line with each other, end in vague animal heads. Perpendicular to these, against the collar at the level of the sharp edge, are the two handle attachments in the form of women's heads, in which the handle holes are located. The handle consists of a round curved iron rod with a covering of copper sheet. Pouring sprues are visible on the vessel and spouts. The holes in the women's heads were probably drilled when the current handle was attached as a replacement.
