About this work

Porcelain plate with a straight wall, painted on the glaze in blue, pink, green, purple and gold. On the flat surface, a rosette in a medallion. The wall is decorated with three bands. In the middle, medallions with a flower or rosette flanked by leafy vines against a green background. Above this, a leafy vine with blue dots, interrupted by a compartment with a flower or rosette. The lower band shows gold garlands with a stylized floral motif. Gold rim. The outer rim with a band of half gold spheres. Marked on the underside with the double L and DC.
