About this work

Round lead plaque, surrounded by a wavy border. The fisherman, seated on the left, has his upper body turned completely to the right and holds the fishing rod in his right hand. Behind him trees and fantastic architectures on a vegetated hilltop. On the right a tree on the bank on the other side of the water. Behind that, across a side stream, a city on a heavily wooded hill. In the sky the face of the sun with a halo, behind ornately curled clouds.
