About this work
Round plate of hard-baked earthenware, with a decoration under the glaze in transfer technique. The decoration is in blue and features on the flat a landscape with a building (Chinese pagoda?), trees, and figures. The rim has flowers and acanthus leaves. The plate is marked: Wedgwood AA.
