Candelabrum, supported by lions

The object is composed of the following parts: the foot and stem, cast as one piece; the drip pan; the candle prick; and the three foot supports. The stem is hollow inside up to the upper knot. The round foot, slightly rising towards the middle, transitions into the round stem with three knots. The round drip pan is attached above, which has almost the same diameter as the foot, and whose bottom tapers slightly. The upstanding rim with six crenellations is enlivened with six ornaments consisting of a perforation in the form of a cinquefoil. The sturdy candle prick is attached on top. The foot, stem, drip pan and prick are decorated with fine grooved rings. The candlestick has three ridges on the inside at the bottom, to which the three foot supports in the form of lion cubs are soldered. These are not original and were added later.
