About this work

Oak cabinet, consisting of a one-door upper cabinet and a two-door lower cabinet. The corner posts carry Tuscan pilasters. The door panels are decorated with a chain ornament and acanthus leaf within profiled frames. The cornice has a pierced frieze with a fruit bowl, flanked by acanthus scrolls. The side panels are unadorned.
