About this work
Bowl-shaped teapot with lid of earthenware, Black Basalt. The teapot has a raised rim with a wavy upper edge, a C-shaped handle, a straight spout, and a lid with a knob in the form of a mourning woman. The teapot is decorated with two ribbed bands between which runs a band with a silver-colored leafy vine.
