About this work

Spherical teapot of hard-fired earthenware, with a blue decoration under the glaze and a polychrome decoration on the glaze. The decoration is Japanese in style and consists of a landscape with stylized trees, plants, and houses. The pot has an S-shaped spout, a lid with a flower as a knob, and a braided C-shaped handle.
