About this work
Embroidered tableau of wool on silk. The depiction concerns a river landscape with hills. In the landscape stand "Spanish-looking" farmhouses with towers and three figures, one of whom is fishing. To the left in the foreground stands a tall, slender tree. The tableau is in a gilded frame. Accompanying the tableau is another tableau with inventory number BK-NM-284-B.
