About this work

Walnut table on legs with vase-shaped joints and stretchers, connected by lower rails. The upper rail features a hollowed dentil molding that runs with round supports. The rails are fluted and, like the stretchers and the swellings of the legs, decorated with cannelures and bands of ebony. The top has a beaded edge.
