About this work
The object consists of four parts: the bronze bell and the bronze handle brazed onto it, the iron ear and the wrought iron clapper. The bell is bell-shaped with a profiled rim. At the top the inscription SOLI DEO GLORIA 1661 and a frieze of arches. The handle is knob-shaped with an acorn on top.
