The object consists of a base and a stem, which may have been cast and turned as one piece. The round base, decorated with three double-grooved rings, has a raised center and a raised rim. It stands on three legs, which are provided with stylized animal heads. The stem, profiled at the bottom and decorated with a knob, largely retains its hexagonal form up to the top.
