Justus Rudolph Wüste is about to throw a chest with Amsterdam professors into the canal, but is prevented from doing so by the Dutch Maiden. Following the (rejected) motion of 29 October by alderman Wüste to abolish the University of Amsterdam. Subject category within the Amsterdam Atlas: Education and Sciences: Academy.
