About this work
Bronze coin on a large planchet. Obverse: bust of the emperor in armor and diadem facing front, holding a globus cruciger in his right hand. Reverse: between the year indication Anno XV the letter M [=40, value indication, 40 nummi] with a cross above the letter. In the exergue the letters CON [=Constantinople].
