Silver coin. Obverse: laureled bust of the king facing right. Reverse: cross within a circle surrounded by rays, with four crowned coats of arms placed in a cross shape around it. In the corners the letters SS and C [=South Sea Company]. Year at the top in the inscription. Rope edge.
