About this work

Copper coin. Obverse: double-headed crowned eagle with spread wings, with a shield hung with a knightly order on its breast, holding scepter and orb with cross in its claws. Crown above the eagle. To the left and right below the tail the letters E M [= Ekaterinenburg]. At the bottom on a scroll the denomination. Reverse: within two tied branches between the date, crowned monogram of the Tsarina. Reeded edge.
