About this work

Silver coin. Obverse: inscription in three lines within a circle: indication of the shah as sultan. Around the circle, broad smooth edge. Reverse: rhyming poem in Arabic characters in two lines. In the left part of the second line, mint indication: Isfahan. Bottom left, date partially legible: 115, last digit, under 5, not transferred to the coin plate. Struck at Isfahan. Smooth edge.
