About this work
Silver coin. Obverse: between two holders tied with a ribbon, from which branches emerge, above which seven stars, tughra with to the right thereof a small branch with leaves. Under the tughra in two lines value indication: 1 qirsh. Under the ribbon letter: W [=engraver Weigand]. Reverse: within two tied branches, above which three stars, three-line inscription in Arabic letters with mint indication: Misr [=Egypt]. Above in inscription regnal year: 10. Under mint indication year of accession: 1293 [=1875].
